Sometimes, before moving forward with deliverance, there are areas of emotional pain, trauma, unforgiveness, or deeply rooted beliefs that need additional prayer and healing. We recommend the following two Christian prayer ministries for inner and emotional healing. Although there is some overlap between them, each ministry has a different emphasis and approach. Please read the descriptions below and prayerfully consider which ministry best fits your current needs.

Is Transformational Prayer Ministry (TPM) Right For You?
Sometimes we can know something is true in our minds while still believing something completely different in our hearts. For example, you may know that God loves you, yet deep inside you still feel:
These beliefs may have developed through painful experiences, relationships, rejection, trauma, or events from childhood. TPM helps you recognize the emotions connected to these experiences, identify the underlying beliefs associated with them, and seek God's truth and perspective in those places. TPM may be a good fit for you if:
An easy way to think about TPM: If you have a painful emotion, with an underlying belief that needs replacing with God's truth. If you find yourself saying, “I know this isn't true, but deep down I still believe it,” TPM may be especially helpful for you in your journey to freedom.
- “I am unwanted.”
- “I am not good enough.”
- “Something is wrong with me.”
- “I am unlovable.”
- “I am not safe."
- “Everyone eventually leaves me.”
- “God abandoned me.”
These beliefs may have developed through painful experiences, relationships, rejection, trauma, or events from childhood. TPM helps you recognize the emotions connected to these experiences, identify the underlying beliefs associated with them, and seek God's truth and perspective in those places. TPM may be a good fit for you if:
- You struggle with deeply rooted lies or negative beliefs about yourself.
- You know something is true intellectually, but your heart seems to believe something different.
- You frequently feel worthless, unwanted, unloved, rejected, ashamed, unsafe, or not good enough.
- You believe something is wrong with you.
- You struggle with beliefs that God abandoned you, rejected you, or wasn't there for you.
- You experience strong emotional reactions or triggers and don't fully understand and why they affect you so deeply.
- A painful childhood experience caused you to form negative beliefs about yourself, other people, or God.
- You continue experiencing emotional pain even though the event happened many years ago.
- You recognize that certain beliefs from your past continue influencing your present relationships, emotions, or behavior.
- You want prayer focused specifically on discovering the belief beneath the emotional pain and receiving God's truth.

Rather than concentrating primarily on the relationship between painful emotions and underlying beliefs, ConnectUp has a wider range of prayer tools that can be used depending upon what surfaces during the session.
